The short version: One Minute Earlier helps you think before you act. It doesn’t decide for you, it can’t predict what anyone else will do, and it isn’t a substitute for professional or emergency help.

What One Minute Earlier is

One Minute Earlier is a decision-support tool for adults going through a breakup. It offers structured questions, a recommendation based on what you share, and optional guided tools. Every recommendation is based only on the information you provide. You remain in control of every decision.

What it isn’t

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use One Minute Earlier.

Using it responsibly

One Minute Earlier won’t help anyone pressure, manipulate, harass, or contact a person who has asked not to be contacted. Please don’t use it for that. If someone has asked you for no contact, the product will guide you toward respecting that boundary.

One Minute Earlier is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate, safe, and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or available. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for decisions you make or outcomes in your relationships.
